As a leader in the field of semiconductor manufacturing, we are seeking an experienced individual to head our Fab Module Engineering Team. This team is responsible for the development and implementation of standardized fab procedures, as well as the qualification of all modules in our Dholera fab.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and leadership, with experience in managing cross-functional teams across diverse geographies. They will be responsible for transferring technologies from partner fabs, supporting R&D and tech transfer teams with module development, and presenting to internal and customer senior executives.

  • Lead the Fab Module Engineering Team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement standardized fab procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Qualify all modules in Dholera fab to meet industry standards
  • Support R&D and tech transfer teams with module development to drive innovation
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team across diverse geographies to drive collaboration
  • Present to internal and customer senior executives to communicate technical expertise
  • Travel as necessary to support business operations

Additional qualifications include:

  • Hold an M.S or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience as Module Manager in 300mm fab
  • Understanding of key modules theory and practice, statistics, design of experiments, process characterization methods, device failure modes, defect characterization, and improvement
