Job Description:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop a logical plan for execution.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial department to prepare revenue, operational expenditure, and overhead budgets for CFS.
  • Ensure timely submission of audit-related details to Statutory and Group Audit teams.
  • Support the CFS Head in making commercial decisions by analyzing proposals and providing recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive rates for the company.
  • Coordinate treasury-related information for DPW India group companies and update it into the DPW Treasury Module.
  • Manage weekly performance metrics for MICT.
  • Drive P&L visibility and optimization for logistics products, including last mile, first mile, empty yard, and bundled services.
  • Evaluate customer commercial proposals and make recommendations.
  • Implement new software or systems related to CFS finance and billing.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly-end activities for CFS.
  • Verify accurate and timely billing of all services provided at CFS, in compliance with government regulations.
  • Collect payments from customers within approved credit limits.
  • Comply with various financial and other policies.
  • Prepare monthly trackers and management information systems (MIS) for CFS covering financial aspects.
  • Reconcile customer accounts for top customers.
  • Process invoices and credit notes.
  • Process customer waiver requests.
