Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Recruitment and selection processes, including database maintenance and liaison with educational institutions.
  • Assessment center preparation and conduct, as well as interviews for store-level positions up to department managers.
  • Advertisement and employee induction planning to ensure adequate inputs before new hires begin work.
  • Manpower budgeting, considering factors like staff strengths and weaknesses, customer interaction levels, and ROM/UM requirements.
  • Availability studies, feedback to supervisors and DMs, and problem-solving in areas requiring improvement.
  • Training and development, including calendar preparation, module development, infrastructure setup for internal training programs, and external consultant liaison.
  • Payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely employee data updates and payroll input closure within given timelines.
  • Welfare activities, such as communicating policies, handling employee grievances, executing employee engagement initiatives, and facilitating tie-ups with other institutions.
  • Statutory compliances, liaising with consultants for timely return filing and ensuring compliance regarding brand staff and concessionaires.
  • Performance management and retention, conducting PA workshops, evaluating appraisal forms, normalizing ratings, and counseling employees on dissatisfaction post-increments.
