Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development and Growth Specialist at VehicleCare in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition
    • Identify and onboard new clients by promoting vehicle insurance products.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract potential customers, including individuals, corporate fleets, and dealerships.
  • Relationship Management
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to vehicle insurance.
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the vehicle insurance domain.
    • Stay updated on insurance regulations and industry developments.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs by promoting and selling vehicle insurance policies.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare and present regular sales and business development reports to management.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management in the insurance sector, with a focus on vehicle insurance.
  • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills.
  • Market research and competitive analysis abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in automotive or related industries.
