
Pharmaceutical Sales Leader

The Area Business Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets across assigned territories, ensuring effective implementation of company strategies, launching and growing international brands, and leading a team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet territory-wise and brand-wise monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the successful execution of company strategies in the marketplace.
- Launch and grow international brands in assigned markets.
- Develop and train Territory Business Managers to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Profile towns and customers to improve productivity and optimize territory performance.
- Strengthen customer relationships to enhance prescription share.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic inputs for business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Master's degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
- 4-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
