Job Opportunity:

• We seek an accomplished Area Operations Manager to lead our regional operations teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, specifically in overseeing multiple properties or regions. They should be able to understand our operational structure and organisational hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional service quality across all departments, ensuring adherence to our company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for human resource development, training, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Effectively manage operational budgets by allocating resources efficiently and minimising expenses via cost-effective strategies.
  • Supervise the timely launch of new hostels by ensuring operational readiness and quality checks.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations, implementing service improvements, and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in the hospitality industry with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with local language proficiency highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations is required.
