Job Title: Hospitality Operations LeaderAbout the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee food operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain high standards of safety and hygiene in all food preparation areas.
  • Manage inventory and control quantities of ingredients to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with QMHSE and H&FS teams to implement policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain records of hygiene-related procedures, initiatives, and incidents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain operational ownership of all QMHSE and H&FS processes.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensure 100% client retention through exceptional service delivery.
  • Sustain site profitability through timely analysis of reports and proactive problem-solving.
  • Minimise waste and maximise resource utilisation through efficient production planning.
Requirements:
  • IHM degree with at least 10 years of work experience in hospitality management.
  • Strong business acumen and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to represent the company in a professional manner.
