Key Hotel Operations Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic hotel manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions ensuring exceptional standards of excellence and efficiency.

This leadership role is crucial in driving operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to develop strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives assist in managing multiple hospitality assets through business partners meeting international luxury standards and delivering desired profitability levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Oversee budgets financial performance and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including hotel brand partners and senior leadership within the joint venture.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferably with an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role as general manager/unit head of a hotel with a leading international hospitality brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing hospitality operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
