Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Retail Operations Officer located in Patna.

The Chief Retail Operations Officer will oversee daily operations, ensuring the store meets and exceeds customer service expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the store team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • E nsure compliance with policies and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Optimize store layout to enhance customer shopping experience.
  • Maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Handle customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prevent retail loss through effective loss prevention strategies.
  • Execute marketing plans to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
