Job Description
Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the company in line with the clothing industry.Coordinate with other department leaders to ensure strategic plans are well understood and implemented.Identify and resolve challenges within the company to improve operational efficiency.Drive market research initiatives to identify new business opportunities.Optimise business process across various departments including sales, finance & supply chainMonitor and report on strategic initiatives and industry trends.Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Represent the company at industry events and conferences in Mumbai and other locationThe Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Strategy Officer should have:
A strong academic background in Business, Management, or a related field.Proven experience in strategic planning and business development within the Retail/Consumer/Offline/QSR industry. Prior experience in consulting will be helpfulExceptional leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in market research and data analysis.A thorough understanding of the Retail / Clothing industry.Ability to travel as required for business needs.-
