Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day operations of SwanSat Group across its three business verticals —
KhetPe (AgTech)
,
BhoomiSure (InsurTech)
, and
SwanSat (Satellite & Geospatial Intelligence)
. The role is responsible for managing
platform development, finance & accounts, legal & compliance, procurement & costing
, and ensuring seamless execution of the CEO's vision. The COO will play a pivotal role in driving
operational excellence, business growth, and strategic alignment
across the organization.

Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements

Experience

• 15+ years in
  operations leadership
  , with at least 5 years in a
  COO or senior operations role
  .
• Proven experience in
  multi-vertical businesses or technology-led platforms
  .
• Strong background in managing
  finance, compliance, procurement, and technology operations
  .

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across
  platform development, finance & accounts, legal & compliance, procurement & costing
  for all business verticals.
• Ensure operational excellence by defining
  KPIs
  , optimizing processes, and driving efficiencies across departments.
• Partner with the CEO to
  translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans
  and ensure timely execution.
• Drive business growth by enabling
  cross-vertical collaboration, resource optimization, and revenue-generating initiatives
  .
• Monitor and strengthen the organization's
  financial health, compliance adherence, and cost efficiency
  .
• Ensure smooth
  inter-departmental coordination
  and maintain alignment between strategic goals and on-ground execution.
• Identify, anticipate, and mitigate
  operational risks
  while ensuring full
  regulatory and legal compliance
  .
• Support enterprise partnerships, government collaborations, and new product rollouts in alignment with organizational objectives.
