The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Renewals Specialist to join our Scaled Renewals Group at Onfido Services India Private Limited (IND). As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of renewals across regions and ensuring successful, on-time execution of renewals processes and contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, drive, and lead all commercial aspects associated with customer renewals and bring renewals to a close.
  2. Closely partner with Customer Success, Sales, and/or other internal teams to ensure a successful renewal cycle for Onfido customers.
  3. Engage directly with customers and manage a portfolio of renewals to ensure successful, on-time execution.
  4. Negotiate and administer renewal contracts (in partnership with legal, finance, and deal desk) that align to customer goals.
  5. Be accountable for all internal or external inquiries pertaining to a customer renewal, including the ability to interpret and re-state contractual obligations.
  6. Maintain and report an accurate rolling 180-day forecast of renewals within the scaled segment, while meeting or exceeding renewal quota and other KPIs.
  7. Manage renewal opportunities and uphold current and accurate documentation in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of renewals management, sales, customer success, or Contract management experience; preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications, or Enterprise Technology Services.
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment, and achievement of personal and team goals.
  • Proven success in owning and developing manual and automated processes and frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines daily in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
