Relationship Advocate

- Meet sales targets through banks FOS.
- Maintain relationships with all bank constituents.
- Record referrals from constituents accurately.
- Adhere to TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups.
- Approach at least 5 new customers daily.
Enhance customer awareness of life insurance solutions and achieve targeted cross-sell penetration within the branch's customer base.
Drive reward and recognition programs for bank staff effectively.
Train staff regularly on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
Measures of Success:- Achieve business target milestones (AFYP, blended premium, and cases).
- Maintain a strong relationship with the Bank Branch Manager.
- Generate effective leads and meet value/number targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are eligible.
- 1-2 years of overall sales experience with a minimum of 6 months in banca, life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, and channel management, or DSA relationship.
