Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet sales targets through banks FOS.
  2. Maintain relationships with all bank constituents.
  3. Record referrals from constituents accurately.
  4. Adhere to TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups.
  5. Approach at least 5 new customers daily.

Enhance customer awareness of life insurance solutions and achieve targeted cross-sell penetration within the branch's customer base.

Drive reward and recognition programs for bank staff effectively.

Train staff regularly on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.

Measures of Success:
  1. Achieve business target milestones (AFYP, blended premium, and cases).
  2. Maintain a strong relationship with the Bank Branch Manager.
  3. Generate effective leads and meet value/number targets.
Job Requirements:
  1. Graduate in any discipline.
  2. Freshers are eligible.
  3. 1-2 years of overall sales experience with a minimum of 6 months in banca, life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, and channel management, or DSA relationship.
