Job Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and understand their business needs throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by ensuring successful launch and adoption of Superset products.
  • Handle escalations and build long-term relationships with corporate POCs.
  • Assist clients with platform use, best practices, and promote adoption.
  • Monitor adoption metrics to prevent churn rate and manage renewals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen, understand, and assist clients.
  • Understanding of maintaining relationships and providing feature resolutions.
  • Passion for product craftsmanship and customer experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a SaaS or software company is an advantage.
