Growth Customer Advocate

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Customer Advocate team at New Relic, Inc. This role involves driving customer retention, increasing adoption, and delivering expansion for our Growth customer base.
- Drive Retention: Mitigate churn for our serve self-subscription customers by providing proactive support and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Increase Adoption: Support customer onboarding and account health checks, facilitate customer education, and enablement to ensure customers get the most out of our platform.
- Deliver Expansion: Grow revenue throughout the customer lifecycle, increase CRR (consumption run rate) for PAYG (Pay as you go) Customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Improve Customer Relationships: Engage with accounts at key moments in the customer journey and be their voice within New Relic.
This role requires strong customer-facing sales, renewals, or customer success experience in the SaaS industry, as well as proficiency in building, analyzing, and interpreting datasets. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience interacting with internal and customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
Preferred qualifications include background in observability/performance monitoring/DevOps/consumption-based platforms, contributing to building a scale CS function, and project management experience with a PMP qualification.
