Strategic Customer Advocate

Job Summary:
As a Strategic Customer Advocate at Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to our customers, maximizing their use of Support Services and driving high levels of satisfaction, referenceability, and revenue protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Oracle Support relationships with designated large accounts, establishing professional relationships with key customer contacts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate delivery of Support Services to meet customer goals and objectives, driving contract renewal and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Lead complex Account Planning and Account Reviews, tracking and communicating status on complex projects, including risk identification and mitigation recommendations.
- Execute Project and Contract Management, overseeing contract cost, resources, and scheduling, scope, and risk management.
- Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products and services, operating at the leading edge of technology.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Oracle products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
