Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive and senior management levels.
- Understand client strategic goals and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to align solutions with client needs and objectives.
- Develop customized solutions and service strategies to address client challenges effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in client relationship management in the IT services, professional services, or managed services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation.
