The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through proactive support and regular sharing of best practices and product insights.
- Partnering with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Identifying opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- E nsuring high levels of customer retention.
- B uilding and maintaining in-depth product knowledge and providing training and support as required.
- Providing valuable feedback and advocacy to internal teams on customer pain-points.
- Handling customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns with a focus on excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in the Staffing/Executive Search industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- You have a working knowledge of good communication and customer support principles.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality work.
- You are a skilled networker and relationship builder.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numerical data.
