The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through proactive support and regular sharing of best practices and product insights.
  • Partnering with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Identifying opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • E nsuring high levels of customer retention.
  • B uilding and maintaining in-depth product knowledge and providing training and support as required.
  • Providing valuable feedback and advocacy to internal teams on customer pain-points.
  • Handling customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns with a focus on excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in the Staffing/Executive Search industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a working knowledge of good communication and customer support principles.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality work.
  • You are a skilled networker and relationship builder.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numerical data.
