Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee Regional Control Units (RCUs) and ensure the effective implementation of our business strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address key performance gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve non-fraud Unsettled Entries (UEs) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and analyze reports submitted by RCUs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a financial or regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
