Key Account Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to generate leads.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and align them with our staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Assist in creating and delivering presentations to potential clients.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a focus on staff augmentation or contractual hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and client relationships.
