Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive commercial growth and expand our business. As a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams, you will identify new business prospects, develop relationships with potential customers, and act as the first point of contact for our company. Your key responsibilities will include setting up meetings for business-to-business collaborations, qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, and fulfilling sales quotas.
Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers from a pool of leads
• Qualify leads from various marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities
• Establish relationships with prospective clients
• Present our company to potential clients
• Identify client requirements and suggest suitable products or services
• Develop customized product solutions to boost customer satisfaction
• Establish long-term relationships with clients
• Seek new business opportunities proactively
• Coordinate with Account Managers for client status updates
• Submit reports to the Business Development Manager on sales results
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven 4 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Impressive communication skills
• Extensive experience with various sales techniques
• Proven record of achieving sales quotas
• Hands-on experience with CRM software like Zendesk Sell, Intercom, etc.
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Sound knowledge of sales performance metrics
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver convincing presentations
• Good leadership skills
