Business Development Representative

At SHETHINK, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach efforts.
- Engage with prospects via email and phone calls to generate leads.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and align them with our staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Assist in creating and delivering presentations to potential clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a focus on staff augmentation or contractual hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and client relationships.
