About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Telecaller to join our team at Bingage IT Labs Pvt Ltd. As a Key Account Telecaller, you will be responsible for making cold calls to potential customers, nurturing relationships with clients, and assisting the sales and marketing team in reaching out to potential customers via telephone calls.

Bingage IT Labs Pvt Ltd is a 9-year-old established software company located in Indore. We provide software products for the Retail and Restaurant industry. Our popular product is a CRM & loyalty platform that helps restaurants and retailers increase retention and automate personalized experiences through multichannel campaigns, loyalty programs, feedback, marketing automation, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
* Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce our company's products/services and generate interest.
* Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing questions.
* Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their queries, providing information, and building rapport.
* Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and relevant information in the database.
* Acquire a thorough understanding of our company's products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
* Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
* Gather customer feedback and insights during conversations to contribute to the improvement of products/services and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Any graduate.
* Prior experience of at least 1 year as a Telecaller or similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with making cold calls and willing to work towards targets.
* Good convincing skills along with friendly and courteous telephone etiquette.
* Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing workload efficiently.
* Sales aptitude: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to influence potential customers.
* Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
* Computer skills: Basic proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
