About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Webvillee Technology pvt ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a bridge between our organization and our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives to propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute account strategies and meet client needs, driving revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to stakeholders, acting as a client advocate to ensure their voice is heard within the organization.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction, staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, with a strong analytical skillset and ability to derive insights from data.
