Key Responsibilities
• Achieve division-wise primary targets and ensure they are equal to or greater than secondary targets.
• Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
• Ensure zero cases of expiry on stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation.
• Timely share competitor and market information with the ABM and division.
• Build relationships with customers and stockists through timely visits as per defined frequency without deviation.
• Ensure doctors are appropriately prioritized and met with the right frequency.
• Leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships.
• Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and sales progress. Provide timely information about new products to stockists.
• Report field work daily in the assigned online system.
• Organize camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs.
• Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per business plan.

Required Experience
Experience: 2+ years of experience; fresher with good communication skills and analytical skills may also be considered.
Required Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Pharma.
