Guest Experience Manager Job
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to manage guest reservations, drive sales conversions, and deliver seamless guest experiences.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused. The role involves coordinating with operations teams for guest requirements and maintaining updated records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies.
- Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
- Coordinate with operations teams for guest requirements.
- Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
- Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and ensure timely responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems and online travel agency platforms.
- Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
