Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who embodies warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role is responsible for creating a lasting first impression for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and efficiently manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
  • Assist with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs, ensuring seamless communication between the front desk and kitchen staff.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers, providing personalized service and enhancing their experience.
  • Handle feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, reflecting positively on our establishment's hospitality standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with guests, colleagues, and management.

  • Prior experience in hospitality or guest relations is advantageous, but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt is key.
