Guest Relations Professional

About the Role

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our properties in South and West India. You will foster a welcoming atmosphere that makes all visitors feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with guests by providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
  • Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs to ensure accurate completion of necessary documentation.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, updating them as needed.
  • Assist in inventory checks, maintain records, procure monthly supplies, and step in as property in-charge during absence of the property manager.
  • Support the service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process invoices, checks, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality is preferred.
  • A pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Final-year students or graduates from Hotel Management programs are encouraged to apply.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India are required.
