  • As a Guest Relations professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

  • You will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.

  • Manage event logistics, including venue booking and confirmation, catering requirements, AV setup, and visitor management.

  • Experience Design:

  • Create engaging and immersive experiences for attendees, aligning with our brand identity and company values.

  • Work on interactive elements such as activations, entertainment, and networking opportunities.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual understanding.

  • On-site Event Execution:

  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, managing event flow and troubleshooting any issues in real-time.

  • Post-Event Analysis:

  • Gather feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and partners, analyzing event success metrics and providing recommendations for future improvements.

Ownership and Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as an owner of the space across all services provided, maintaining open dialogue with residents and being receptive to feedback.

  • Be personable and get to know the residents of the floor, sharing feedback and taking action where possible.

  • Be empowered to make decisions, guide behavior, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Conduct observational studies and issue surveys to gather insights and inform decision-making.

  • Collect feedback from employees and maintain up-to-date files and records.
