What this job involves: Job title: Guest Service AmbassadorReporting to: Employee Services Lead.The Guest Service Ambassador plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guest. As the first point of contact at Reception they are responsible for welcoming employees with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services. The ambassador maintains smooth operations by providing administrative support and execution of duties to the highest standards. What your day-to-day will look like: The Workplace Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high touch service within a select portfolio of properties. The Ambassador will be expected to increase the level of engagement and partnership between JLL, service partners and our client to provide superior service delivery while enhancing their individual personal and professional skills. Site Operations ManagementCreate a comfortable, welcoming, and hospitable experience for employees and their guest.Boost agility in the workplace by managing up-to-date visitor information.Handle internal & external calls and correspondence.Manage conference room bookings, scheduling, and setup coordinationManaging FD tickets and clousures.Anticipate client needs through observation to create memorable experiences.Adhoc responsibilities assigned by Employee Services Lead/Community AmbassadorRequired Skills and Experience: Experience2 to 3 years' experience in Hospitality and/or Tourism sector or related professional areaDiploma/degree from an accredited instituteTask SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Good command of verbal and written EnglishPersonal SkillsAbility to meet tight schedules and deliver high quality of work.Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
