We're looking for a
Guest Service Associate
to join our growing team — someone who loves people, has an eye for detail, and can make every guest feel seen, heard, and cared for.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience from start to finish
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and product knowledge (yes, you'll get to taste and learn everything)
  • Coordinate with kitchen and retail teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and the overall vibe of the café
  • Support special events, community experiences, and seasonal launches
