Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate, located in Bengaluru at KempegowdaInternationalAirport. The Guest Service Associate will assist and attend to customers, ensuring a seamless experience. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will act as a key point of contact, fostering positive relationships with guests and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Guest Services, Guest Service, or Customer Service
  • Ability to handle Reservations and address guest inquiries efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills and a guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
