Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Aviation Business Development Manager in Asia to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities in the aviation industry, focusing on Aircraft Turnaround Automation, Resource Optimization, and Predictability in Operations. Leveraging IoT, Camera-AI, and connected operations, they will drive real-time decision-making and achieve a definitive ROI for airlines and airport operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth in the aviation industry.
  • Leverage strong business development, sales, and customer relationship management skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize strategic planning and negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to customers, highlighting their technical aspects and potential ROI.
  • Nurture leads into prospects and deals, utilizing CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in driving revenue growth in B2B Enterprise sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Consultative led solution selling skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate customer problems, solutions, and benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
