Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Management Executive to join our team at the GMR Group. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the recording, reporting, invoicing, and recovery mechanism of Non-Aero revenue in DIAL and GAL (based at GHIAL) to ensure improved cash flows and compliance with contractual, statutory, and audit requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize revenue collection and minimize leakage.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including GM Commercial and other departments, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on revenue management goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support revenue management activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or a related field, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving cash flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
