Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist - IT Infra Hiring

We're seeking a seasoned talent sourcing professional to join our fast-paced IT Infra recruitment engine. This individual will be responsible for building world-class teams by identifying and engaging top IT Infra talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles, utilizing job boards, ATS, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines.
  • Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds.
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is beneficial.
