Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, and across the broader organization.
  2. Gain an understanding of assigned businesses (structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to anticipate future recruitment needs.
  3. Ensure effective communication with hiring manager communities and senior business stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge sharing and accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years of experience in Search/RPO Firms OR Excellent communication skills with a strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.
  • Strong experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate roles preferably in Steel, mining, chemical industry or agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space.
  • Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage.
  • Head Hunting Skills.
