Talent Acquisition Intern

This program is a hands-on training opportunity in all aspects of the recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will work closely with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech, and product roles.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
  • Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills.
