Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and implementing highly available product deployment architectures, networking architectures, and storage architectures.

About the Role:

  • IDentify hardware and software requirements related to product implementation
  • Maintain knowledge of latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure
  • Design virtualization architectures
  • Develop network security designs
  • Deploy monitoring tools
  • Utilize automation for deployments and system upgrades
  • Analyze customer reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications
  • Promote knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation
  • Participate in design reviews of high-level designs (HLDs) and low-level designs (LLDs) with customers
  • Evaluate new technology
  • Produce customer-requested reports and communicate with customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 9-11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support
  • Experience in designing and implementing product deployment architectures, networking architectures, and storage architectures
  • Knowledge of virtualization architectures and network security designs
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
