Process Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Trainer to join our team in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Training Manager or Deputy Manager Training in an International BPO with a customer service background. They must also have experience in the Voice Process, which is mandatory for this role.

We offer a competitive salary based on the candidate's last CTC and experience, up to INR 15 LPA. The selected candidate must be willing to work flexible shifts, including 24*7 rotations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.

Their key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing individualized training plans that address specific needs;
  • Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions;
  • Evaluating training programs' effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and reporting on them;
  • Enhancing current training methodologies;
  • Resolving process-related opportunities and tailoring training programs accordingly;
  • Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends and best practices;
  • Being familiar with various training methods;
  • Scheduling training sessions and organizing interventions for teams;
  • Reviewing existing training materials and updating them accordingly;
  • Collaborating with managers to address learning issues and new educational needs.
