Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing client-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and evaluating the effectiveness of quality interventions. Additionally, they will strengthen quality management processes and frameworks to improve delivery quality.

Responsibilities include accurately capturing Service Level Agreement (SLA)/Service Level Objective (SLO) metrics, setting up/customizing processes to meet client expectations, generating and implementing innovative ideas, and driving process control and compliance.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality and has a strong desire to drive improvement and innovation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in International Voice Process
  • Strongly worked on QUALITY Matrices
  • Excellent transactional quality domain knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of TTQ (Training; Transaction Quality) systems, tools, and technologies
