Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Our team seeks a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and audit O2C transactions (order entry, billing, collections, cash application) for accuracy and compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring and auditing O2C transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Identifying process deviations and data quality issues across O2C workflows.
- Performing root cause analysis on recurring errors or customer complaints.
- Collaborating with operations teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintaining and updating quality checklists and SOPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end O2C cycle (order entry, billing, collections, cash application).
- Ability to identify patterns, root causes, and trends in quality issues.
- Accuracy in reviewing transactions and identifying process deviations.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for transaction tracking and validation.
- Ability to generate and interpret quality metrics and dashboards.
