Performance Management Lead
- A leading role in the organization, overseeing the performance management system.
Job Purpose:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for performance management to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage end-to-end performance management processes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align business goals with people strategies.
- Establish balanced scorecard methodology to measure performance across financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth perspectives.
Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework:
- Develop BSC-based scorecards at organization, department, and individual levels.
- Define SMART KPIs across all four BSC dimensions:
- Financial: Revenue per employee, cost reduction initiatives.
- Customer: Client satisfaction scores, project delivery metrics.
- Internal Processes: Operational efficiency, compliance adherence.
- Learning & Growth: Training hours, innovation participation, succession readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 8–12 years in HR with a strong focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation.
- Industry Preference: Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BSC, PMS modules of HRMS systems, Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools.
