Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst is an exciting role where you will be responsible for mapping and documenting business processes across departments. This involves supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting for management dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping and Documentation: Assist in creating process maps and documentation to ensure clarity and understanding of business operations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the analysis of data from various sources and prepare reports to help management make informed decisions.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new technology platforms and prepare business cases to support the adoption of these technologies.
  • Project Tracking and Coordination: Track progress of ongoing projects and backlogs, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Prepare presentations, reports, and SOPs for management and club-level communication, as well as coordinate with club teams during rollouts of new systems, incentives, or policies.
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day analytical and operational support to the Business Architect.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability: Strong ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is a plus, working knowledge of CRM systems, automation tools, or ERP software preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
