Job Title: Business Insights Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Business Insights Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute advanced data validation reconciliation and analysis across multiple systems and sources.
  • Use SQL, Python, and Excel to perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Document, track, and manage defects using JIRA ensuring timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities.
  • Support test planning strategy and execution within Agile Waterfall environments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
  • Exposure to performance load testing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
