As a JD Edwards S&D Functional Consultant, your expertise in sales and distribution will drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The role demands:

  • Designing and implementing JDE processes for divestiture scenarios including customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure compliance with business requirements.

You will configure and support modules such as:

  • Sales Order Management (O2C)
  • Purchase Order Processing (P2P)
  • Inventory Management
  • Advanced Pricing and Preferences
  • Handling intercompany transactions (ST-OT, SK-OK, SD-OD), returns, and transfer orders.

Additionally, you will lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history, ensuring seamless integration with Finance modules.

Documentation and testing are key aspects of the role, requiring you to prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials. You will conduct CRP, UAT, and post-Go-Live support.

Compliance and reporting are essential, involving implementing SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness, as well as supporting EDI inbound/outbound processes.
