Distribution Process Specialist

As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the entire distribution process to ensure seamless growth in customer and revenue market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver overall Gross, GAS & Customer Market Share target for the zone by implementing strategic plans and motivating teams.
- Achieve targeted net adds for all products across all sales channels through effective channel planning and team engagement.
- Ensure timely completion of channel infrastructure enhancement targets by allocating resources efficiently.
- Meet overall Revenue target for the zone across all products and channels by identifying opportunities and driving growth.
- Manage changes in business, organization, people to ensure continuity and smooth operations by adapting to new situations.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in distribution and/or general management in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution industry with a proven track record of success.
- Experience of distribution planning and channel strategy implementation with measurable results.
- Ability to lead, engage and coach large teams for effective performance through coaching, training, and mentoring.
- Thorough understanding of business levers to drive revenue growth and profitability by analyzing data and making informed decisions.
Education:
MBA from a reputable institution with strong academic credentials.
