The ideal candidate will be a key player in enhancing the manufacturing process by identifying and implementing improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis on tools and tooling to stay updated with the latest trends.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement initiatives that drive best practices.
  • Develop and implement a safe working culture and improvement culture.
  • Collaborate with support functions to resolve concerns effectively.
  • Benchmark industry best practices for manufacturing excellence.
Deliverables and Outcomes
  • Awareness and knowledge of latest technology changes and cutting tool materials and geometries.
  • Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in Machining and Power Cost Reduction.
  • Productivity improvement projects through debottlenecking and enhancements.
  • Zero rejection concept implementation in the Rejection system.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile, Production or Technology.
  • Experience: 2-7 years in relevant roles.
  • Critical skills: Analytical Thinking, Change Management, Communication Skills, Conflict Management, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, FMEA, Measurement System Analysis, MSA, MOST Technique, Statistical Process Control, SPC, Team Management, Quality Control.
