Process Excellence Manager

The primary goal of this role is to spearhead initiatives that drive operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality across the organization. As a Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and facilitating change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for process excellence aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and facilitate change management.
  • Provide training and support to staff on CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations management, or related fields.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the Shipping, logistics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA or master's in engineering) is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt).
