Strategic Leader Position: Driving Growth and Innovation

Seeking a seasoned Strategic Leader to spearhead growth initiatives across Digital Business Services and Engineering Services. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic plans, drive results in a complex matrixed organization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Transformational Leadership
    • Lead strategic initiatives, influencing stakeholders to achieve business objectives and driving organizational change.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, aligning with business goals and market trends, and ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including practice leaders, technical subject matter experts, and sales teams, to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment.
  • Market Analysis and Research
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Establish and track key performance indicators, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and ensuring accountability for results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, business development, or management consulting, with a focus on transformational leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT services landscape, with expertise in both Digital Business Services and Engineering Services.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying trends and opportunities within the IT services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) would be an advantage.
