Chief Digital Transformation Officer

As a Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for leading the organization's strategic vision and execution of comprehensive, digitally driven training programs. This role requires a visionary leader to drive digital transformation within the training function, enabling it to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
\The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies, with a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms. They will also possess exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills, as well as strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to measure effectiveness.
\- Develop, implement, and manage a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with the organization's overarching business and digital transformation goals.\
- Evaluate, select, and manage digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet organizational needs.\
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology to drive continuous innovation in the training function.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital transformation for the training function, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. They will also have a Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Management/Business.
